This low growing plant is a popular old favourite and a sign that spring has finally arrived. Pinch out the tips of the young plants before transplanting them into a sunny position. They not only produce some striking colours but they also have a lovely subtle scent. Sow at 15-20ºC (59-68ºF), cover with vermiculite or compost.
