First introduced around two hundred years ago this short-podded, 15-20cm (6-8”), variety yields 4-5 very tasty and succulent green beans per pod.  It is particularly good for freezing as it does not tend to discolour. Green Windsor is still very popular today among discerning gardeners and this reliable variety should be ready to harvest from June onwards.  Height 60-100cm (24-39”).
